Shari Lucas received her Bachelor of Music from the Baldwin-Wallace Conservatory of Music, and her Master of Music from the Yale University School of Music. She is the Minister of Music at the First Church of Christ, Middletown, CT, where she directs two vocal choirs, a handbell choir, and an African drumming ensemble.
Her early popular music training translates well into the Dixieland genre. Ms. Lucas also plays accompaniments to early silent films. |
